  • it's rather cool how Jarvis Cocker, 2 Radioheads & co. manage to make "This Is The Night" sound like Franz Ferdinand even though the Franz guys had to back out of appearing in the GoF movie. speaking of which, i tagged the song's artist as The Weird Sisters for last.fm/AudioScrobbler purposes (even though the Radiohead guys did say they apparently won't be using the name in the movie) because i wasn't about to type in Jarvis and everyone else's name there, and just to spite the _Wyrd_ Sisters and their nuisance lawsuit. i urge you to do the same if you're a _Weird_ Sisters fan like i am.

  • Dunproofin' made a mash-up of "Spin Spin Sugar" (Sneaker Pimps) and "We Be Burnin'" (Sean Paul) and it is way sexy, but i'm biased because i adore the Pimps and Sean Paul *prepares to endure snickers about my crush on Sean Paul*

Fever Pitch makes far more sense as a name. I don't know why they renamed it for the Asia/Pacific region.

maybe because The Perfect Catch is a more obvious phrase to signify a baseball romantic comedy and they decided to be more obvious with people who aren't really into baseball.

The Perfect 'Catch' sounds a big cheesy in terms of baseball.

i don't think their title changes actually make a difference but then i don't work with those people so i was not consulted about it :)

it _is_ cheesy — maybe they thought The Perfect Catch would bring in the Hillary Duff and Heather Locklear fans because they'd think they were going to see The Perfect Man
